Under Illinois Law the only qualifications for the no excuse absentee voting is to be an eligible registered voter. Individuals wishing to vote absentee may contact the Clerk and Recorder‘s Office and request a ballot be mailed to their address; or they can go to the Clerk and Recorder‘s Office and vote in person.

The November‘s General Election will consist of electing state, federal, county, and judicial officers.
