One Person Arrested In Pharmacy Robbery

(Hillsboro)--A 26 year old Hillsboro man was arrested in connection to a robbery at John's Medical Pharmacy in Hillsboro. According to the Hillsboro Police Department, Andrew Carver was arrested on Thursday following a short foot pursuit.

Carver was cited with burglary, possession of stolen property, and delivery of a controlled substance. He was taken to Montgomery County Jail where bond has been set at two hundred thousand dollars.

An investigation is ongoing by the Hillsboro Police Department, South Central Illinois Drug Task Force, and by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
