85-year-old Melvin Lewis of Hillsboro, formerly of Fredericktown, Missouri, passed away Thursday (December 30th).   A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 15th from 1-4 pm at the Event Center of Montgomery County in Hillsboro. A eulogy and remembrance time will be held around 2:30 pm.  Cremation rites were accorded.  Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
