Advertising & Marketing

Help local businesses to utilize radio advertising in the marketing of their products and services.  You would meet with local businesses owners and managers at their business to learn about their goals and challenges.  You would then craft and present an advertising campaign consisting of a broadcast schedule and the ads to help our clients reach their goals. This is just the beginning.  On a regular basis you will meet with our clients in person and through phone calls, emails and text messages to keep their campaign on track.   We build long term relationships with our clients. Local Advertising Manager / Account Executive

This position blends local advertising management with account management of your own list of clients. Experience as a top performing local radio account executive is required. Experience in management and specifically radio broadcast sales management is preferred.  

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: recruit, train and mentor our sales team to exceed revenue targets and performance goals

Client relations: Build and maintain great relationships with local businesses and advertising agencies to reach measurable goals

Collaboration: Partner with all of our department team members to ensure seemless performance for our clients

Grow Revenue: Drive revenue utilizing our broadcast and special events sponsorships
