General Contest Rules

Unless otherwise noted in the rules for a specific contest, one winner per household per 30 days for any on-air or on-line contest or give-away.

All winners must be at least 18 years old at the time of the contest. Some contests have other age requirements. See those specific contest rules.

Employees of Talley Broadcasting Corporation and its affiliates, advertisers, prize providers, and members of their families or households are ineligible for all contests.

Some contests may have other specific restrictions.

If a prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Prizes may be picked up at the WSMI main studios between Litchfield & Hillsboro during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday. Closed on Holidays.

All prizes not claimed within 30 days after the winner has been notified or after the winner has been announced on the air will be forfeited.

A legal ID is required.

Rules can change without notice; decisions of judges are final.
