State retirees are encouraged to attend an informational meeting concerning major insurance changes that are coming in the near future.

The meeting will be held this Sunday (Nov. 24) at 3:00pm in Bothwell Auditorium on the Blackburn College Campus in Carlinville.

State Representative Wayne Rosenthal is hosting the meeting and officials with Central Management Services will be on hand to provide information and answer questions. According to Rosenthal, those that attend will have the oppurtunity to learn more about their Medicare Advantage options, as well as what they need to do to sign up or opt out.
