According to the Montgomery County Sheriffs office, Fisbie originally filed a police report on June 3rd alleging that she had been driving on Illinois Route 16 between Irving and Witt when she was pulled over by a black colored, unmarked, police-style car with lights, and was robbed by a male brandishing a semi-automatic pistol.
During the investigation, Fisbie admitted that she lied in the police report, admitting that the incident never occurred.
