(Hillsboro)--The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is searching for an individual who impersonated a police officer while robbing a female. According to the sheriff's office, 911 received a report about a person who was allegedly robbed. The victim reported that she was driving on Route 16 between Irving and Witt when she saw a law enforcement vehicle with its lights on.

The individual pulled over and the suspect approached the vehicle and demanded cash. Authorities searched the area looking for the cara and suspect with no success.
