Invasive plants are a major threat to biodiversity and native plant habitats. To help teach more about invasive plants, the University of Illinois Montgomery County Extension office will host a workshop on Monday, September 12th.

It will cover identification, reporting, mapping, control methods, and native plant alternatives.

The workshop is open to the public, but registration is required by September 8th.
