A Morrisonville man was arrested after 30 cannabis plants were seized in Christian County.

According to the Christian County Sheriff's office, Nathan Pinnell, 33, was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver over 500 Grams. The charge is a Class 2 Felony.

A drug investigation was conducted by the Central Illinois Enforcement Group and the Morrisonville Police Department. 30 Cannabis plants were discovered Tuesday, February 28, inside a residence in Morrisonville. Christian County State's Attorney Mike Havera is prosecuting the case.
