This weekend, National Fire Prevention Month activities will continue at the Litchfield Fire Department with an open house.

On Saturday, residents of all ages are invited to stop by the fire house where tours will be given in addition to live burn and rescue demonstrations. Guests will also be able to view a fire truck up close.

Staff and volunteers will be present at the event to answer questions, and hot dogs will be served. The event will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
