A Chicago man was arrested in Hillsboro Monday afternoon for possession of a fraudulent prescription.
Warren Kaczmarek, 36, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on the charges after he allegedly attempted to collect narcotics at Sullivan Drugs in Hillsboro Monday afternoon with a fraudulent prescription.
According to Hillsboro Police Chief Randy Leetham, the case is believed to be associated with a prescription pill buying ring from Chicago. Leetham said Kaczmarek had previously been to several pharmacies in the area trying to purchase oxycodone with different fake prescriptions.
