Panhandle School Board to Meet Monday


More personnel decisions are slated to be made at the monthly Panhandle School Board meeting on Monday, July 15.

Consent agenda items include:
A. Approval of minutes 1) June 24, 2019, Budget Hearing, Regular and Executive Sessions; 2) July 2, 2019 special meeting
B. Approval of Financial Reports:
1) July 2019 bills
2) June 2019 disbursements
3) Treasurer's Report
C. Approve the 2019-2020 vocational mileage reimbursement contract
D. Approve the 2019-2020 volunteer procedures
E. Annual approval of the District Affirmation of Assignments
F. Approval of District Treasurer's Surety Bond
G. Approve disposal of closed-session recordings over 24 months old.

Old business items on the agenda include:
A. Summer Maintenance Update
B. Resolution providing for the issue of General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2019, of the District, for the purpose of altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.

New buiness items on the agenda include:
A. FY19 Cafeteria Report
B. FY19 Transportation Report

Items following a scheduled closed session:
A. Approve Raymond Grade School paraprofessional position
B. Approve Lincolnwood High School special education paraprofessional position
C. Approve district head cook

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the library at Lincolnwood High School in Raymond.
