Springfield-based Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) Agriculture is one of just six programs nationwide to receive the 2019 National Association of Agricultural Educators Outstanding Postsecondary Agriculture Program Award.

LLCC officials broke ground on a new home for the ag program in 2019. The Kreher Agriculture Center will open on campus during the spring semester of 2021.

LLCC offers a transfer degree in agriculture along with occupational degrees and certificates in agribusiness management, precision agronomy, fertilizer and horticulture.
