The Hillsboro City Council is back up to full strength as Mayor Don Downs tabs Fred Butler to fill the Commissioner's seat vacated when Daniel Robbins took over the post of Motngomery County Circuit Clerk.  The longtime head of maintenance for the Hillsboro School District has also spent time at the Hillsboro Sports Association Board of Directors.
