Witt Mayor Shawn Cady doesn’t believe his town should be an All Terrain Vehicle Arena.  He is working with City Attorney Chris Sherer on an ordinance that would deny access to unlicensed mini bikes and four wheelers within city limits.  Residents have complained about noise generated by vehicles and in some instances destroying properties.
