For Nokomis, the departure of Kroger was a tough pill to swallow...for some it’s been an inconvenience, others something far more impactful.  One man stepped up to help although he isn’t old enough to vote yet. Nokomis High Junior Mason Morris is riding to the rescue with a grocery pick up service, which seems even more helpful through the dead of winter. The service has another benefit, keeping seniors safe during the current wave of Covid 19.  Morris plays for the Redskins football squad and is a National Honor Society member.  For more information, visit his Facebook page at Mason’s Grocery Pick-Up or contact him by phone at 217-710-6330.
