77 year old David Chapman of Fieldon passed away April 19. Funeral services will be held Friday (Apr 23) at 10:00am at Life Church in Jerseyville. Burial will be in Fieldon cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4-7pm at the church. The Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville is charge of arrangements.
