78-year-old Vicky Kay Bilbruck of Litchfield passed away Friday (Mar 5). Graveside services will be held on Wednesday (Mar 10) at 1pm at Oak Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.   Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie is in charge of the arrangements.
