89 year old Raymond Bland of Carrollton passed away March 26. Funeral services will be held Wednesday (Mar 31) at 1:00pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Carrollton. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7pm at the church. The Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville is in charge of arrangements.
