Funeral Services for 99 year old Norma Culberson will be held Sunday (Feb 21) at 2:00 p.m. at the Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Visitation will be held Saturday from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family requests the wearing of a mask(s) and social distancing rules be observed. Burial will be in the Elm Lawn Cemetery
