86-year-old Ruth Ellen Elsas of Hillsboro passed away on Tuesday, October 19. Graveside Services will be at Wares Grove Cemetery in Butler, IL on Thursday, (October 21) at 11:00 a.m. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
