74-year-old Edgar “Ed” Ray Wallace of Shipman passed away Tuesday (November 9).   Funeral services for 74-year-old Edgar Wallace will be held on Wednesday (November 17) at 11 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  Visitation Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Prairie Lawn Memorial Garden in Carlinville.
