77-year-old Philip (Phil) Larry Oltmann of Abilene, TX, formerly of Nokomis, passed away  August 18.    Friends of the Oltmann Family are respectfully invited to attend the Graveside Committal of Philip to be held Saturday, November 20th at 3:00 Pm at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Nokomis.  Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
