65 year old Rex Titsworth of Litchfield passed away Saturday (Nov 13 th ) at 9:29 a.m. in HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.  Private memorial services for 65 year old Rex Titsworth will be held at a later date.   The Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is in charge of arrangements.
