74-year-old Marlene (Hartel) Parks of Hillsboro passed away on Tuesday (Dec 14).  Funeral Services will be held on Friday (Dec 17) at 12:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Visitation will be held on Friday  from 10:00 a.m. from 12:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro,.   Cremation rites were accorded. Burial will be at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento at a later date.
