83 year old Dale Schramm of Palmyra passed away December 22. Funeral service will be held Wednesday (Dec 29) at 11:00am at Stults-Neece Chapel in Palmyra. Burial will be in Waverly East cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:00am until the time of the service at the Chapel.
