93-year-old Nancy Mellmon Spinner of Hillsboro passed away Thurdsay (Dec. 23)   Cremation rites well be accorded and a private family memorial will be held at a later date. Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
