77-year-old James Russel  of Hillsboro passed away on Wednesday ( December 29).   A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday ( January 2) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
