79 year old Francis Eugene "Sonny" Surratt of Carrollton passed away December 20. A Memorial service will be held Thursday (Jan 6) at Noon at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 10:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Full military honors will be conducted graveside.
