87-year-old Richard “Dick” Elam Sr. of Taylor Springs passed away Monday (Jan 24). Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday Feb. 5  at 11:00 Am at Witt Cemetery Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
