87-year-old Richard “Dick” Elam Sr. of Taylor Springs passed away Monday (Jan 24). Services for 87-year-old Richard “Dick” ELam Sr. will now be held Saturday (Feb. 5) at 11:00 AM at the Taylor Springs Community Center in Taylor Springs. Burial will be at a later date. Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
