59-year-old Joseph "Joe" E. Lowe of Witt passed away Friday (March 25). Graveside services for 59-year-old Joseph Lowe will be held Saturday (April 2) at 11am at Witt Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Witt Lions Park Building . Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis is in charge of arrangements.
