70-year-old Neil Jenkins of Hillsboro passed away Friday (June 10). A celebration of life for 70-year-old Neil Jenkins will be held Saturday at noon at the Canton Inn in Schram City/Hillsboro. Private services will be held for 70-year-old Neil Jenkins at Bost Hill Cemetery in Fillmore. The Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
