66 year old Thelma Ann Powers of Otterville passed away July 26. A memorial service will be held Wednesday (Aug 3) at 6:00pm at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Friends may call Wednesday from 4:00pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
