89-year-old Evelyn Noreen German of Hillsboro passed away on Thursday (November 17).  Cremation rites were accorded.  Burial will take place in St. Agnes Cemetery, in Hillsboro at a later date. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
