90 year old Merlyn Richard Ashbaugh of Girard passed away January 16.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday (Jan 24) at 11:00am in the Waverly East cemetery in Waverly. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Girard is in charge of arrangements.
