80 year old Phyllis Neff of Blue Springs, MO, passed away March 14. Funeral services will be held Monday (Mar 20) at 11:00am at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville. Burial will be in Woodburn cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 9:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
