82 year old Phillip Starks of Nilwood passed away April 7. Funeral services will be held Saturday (Apr 15) at 10:30am at Nilwood Baptist Church. Burial will be in Girard cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 4-7pm at the church. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Girard is in charge of arrangements.
