76 year old Richard Allen Russell of Monticello passed away April 17. A memorial service will be held Friday (Apr 21) at 2:00pm at First United Methodist Church in Gillespie. Friends may call Friday from 12:30pm until the time of the service at the church. The Kravanya Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
