74-year-old Delmar EuGene Fletcher of Creal Springs, Illinois, formerly of the Hillsboro area, passed away April 23rd. Graveside services for the longtime Montgomery County Sheriffs Deputy will be held on Saturday, July 15th at 11 a.m. at Cress Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro.
