62 year old Richard Alan Harp of Carrollton passed away December 9. Funeral services will be held Tuesday (Dec 19) at 11:00am at Lone Oak Golf Course in Carrollton. Burial will be in Manchester cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4-8pm at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.
