86 year old Jerry John Phelps Sr. of Godfrey passed away January 24. Funeral services will be held Tuesday (Jan 30) at 11:00am at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton. Burial will be in Loomis cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
