Funeral services for 78-year-old Walter Lee Payne will be held Saturday (February 10) at 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Cress Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro.
