90-year-old Joyce (Root) Flowers of Hillsboro passed away Saturday (February 3). Services for 90-year-old Joyce Flowers will be held Wednesday (February 7) at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church in Vandalia. Visitation Wednesday 11 to 1 at the church. Burial will follow the funeral service at Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore. Miller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
