83-year-old James Leon Watson of Hillsboro passed away Monday (February 26).  A Memorial Service for James Watson will be held on Thursday (February 29) at 6:00 PM at Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Visitation Thursday at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
