87-year-old William Harrel Clinard of Hillsboro passed away Monday (April 22). Memorial services for 87-year-old William Clinard will be held Wednesday (May 1) at 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home. There will be a private family inurnment in Ware’s Grove Cemetery in Butler with Military Rites by Department of Defense.
