Norman Joshua Jasper formerly from Shipman passed away April 18. Funeral services will be held Thursday (May 16)at 1:00pm at the United Methodist Church of Shipman. Burial will be in Bunker Hill cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 11:00am until the time of the service at the church.
