89 year old Howard "Goat" Smith of Carrollton passed away July 5. Funeral services will be held Friday (July 123) at 11:00am at Carrollton Methodist Church. Burial will be in Eldred Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Friday from 9:00am until the time of service at the church. The Shields-Bishop Funeral Home in Greenfieldl is in charge of arrangements.
