91 year old Marcella Simpson Richter of Jerseyville passed awayt January 22. Funeral services will be held Tuesday (Feb 4) at Noon at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
